Mind Control – MILAB and Sleeper Cells

Mind Control.

As we discover more and more about what’s really been going, we can’t impress enough the need to get informed and add your own truth. Thank God, literally, for enabling those exposing this to be able to do so and thereby reveal these mind-bending shockers that are breaking apart the collective and individual consciousness prison, no matter how painful or uncomfortable they are to process.

MILAB

“MILAB is short for Military Abduction. A deceitful military operation performed to convince the targets of the operation that they have had an encounter with extra-terrestrial beings which is actually a staged ploy.”1

Though there of course extra-terrestrial beings in existence; not all but many of which are benevolent, this is entirely different. These are unnatural and oppressive operations in breach of the Universal Natural Laws and are an abhorrent form of Mind Control.

DARPA is the organization that holds onto the MILAB projects. Most of the abductions and injections are given via outside doctors well away from the main operations employed by the many levels of organisations. Mind Control, intimidation and torture is used by these doctors as a way of controlling the person. Over periods of time this fragments people, as when you torture people, they end up fighting back regardless of what technology or medication is used to control them. Nevertheless, the damage is real, impacting the very spirit of the individual and attaching like a parasitic energy to the collective consciousness.

The first phase of government mind control development grew out of the old occult techniques which required the victim to be exposed to massive psychological and physical trauma, usually beginning in infancy, in order to cause the psyche to shatter into a thousand alter personalities which can then be separately programmed to perform any function (or job) that the programmer wishes to “install”. Each alter personality created is separate and distinct from the front personality. The ‘front personality’ is unaware of the existence or activities of the alter personalities. Alter personalities can be brought to the surface by programmers or handlers using special codes, usually stored in a laptop computer. The victim of mind control can also be affected by specific sounds, words, or actions known as triggers.

The second phase of mind control development was refined at an underground base below Fort Hero on Montauk , Long Island (New York) and is referred to as the Montauk Project. The earliest adolescent victims of Montauk style programming, so called Montauk Boys, were programmed using trauma-based techniques, but that method was eventually abandoned in favour of an all-electronic induction process which could be “installed” in a matter of days (or even hours) instead of the many years that it took to complete trauma-based methods.

Scanning of MILABS for ‘special projects’ is done on and in military bases, one such base is Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Some MILABS get filtered and are used throughout the western world for carrying out dark operations and space applications. Some are mind controlled to carry out covert operations that are made to look like an accident to the public and reported as such by the media, these are called Sleepers.2

Sleepers

A Sleeper in this context is a person who is (or is believed to be) controlled and brainwashed into becoming a subversive agent and this may also include being programmed to be a Mind Control assassin. Temporary insanity is evidenced in these people as in many cases they simply do not remember their destructive actions at the time of the event because they have been possessed or mind wiped. And of course, not many would understand or believe such an account and support a person who has been a victim of such an unseen attack, not least the victim left to reconcile such an event. More likely the temporary insanity would turn into long-term insanity except for those strong enough to reverse it. Brainwashing is a subversive agent which when used to serve a specific political agenda, is referred to as a Manchurian Candidate, based on the book and film of the same title, The Manchurian Candidate.

Biological Warfare Strategy

It works by disturbing the brain’s natural functions and processes. It has been observed to attach through the two pyramids that contain the motor fibres that pass from the base of the brain stem and into the Medulla Oblongata. This area in the base of the brain is called the “Decussation of the Pyramids“. Since this area controls motor fibres – it controls the stimulus and information flow throughout the Central Nervous System and its impulses to the brain.

This is how these Military Abduction or Reptilian Alien Implants work, they stimulate the nervous system with artificial stimulus systems to control the nerves and neuron transmitters to promote whatever “energy-vibration”, or thoughtforms, emotional state or addictive state they want to remain in the “target”. This is bio-neurological Mind Control. It is a biological warfare strategy through the use of a Holographic Insert and other technologies.

Since motor neurons control the flow of neurotransmitters that communicate to the brain, as well as muscle twitches, they can stimulate a range of emotional responses. This includes low vibrational and low frequency responses including rage, anger, anxiety, agitation, addiction (or other dire forms of hurting another person) for whatever or whoever they are attacking. When there is biological neurological control exerted on certain test subjects like people that have been subjected to alien or milab abduction for experimentation, the person can be triggered neurologically to commit certain behaviours or criminal acts. That person can be triggered by certain key words, phrases or energetic phasing, into destructive behavioural actions involuntarily. Such an individual is referred to as a “Sleeper“.

After repeated bio-neurological manipulations of use on the target-person – the control system moves to the Parietal Lobe to block sensory responses of awareness or direct cognition. Blocking the Parietal Lobe then forces the person to be “locked inside a 3D window” and cannot perceive anything outside of that window of perception. Essentially, the consciousness is trapped in a small material cell block in the reality. The Parietal Lobe may be “caged” or higher sensory function is controlled by the manipulating entity or programming. This is how Holographic Inserts of projected images and thoughtforms can be controlled to the perception of the human being. This is how the masses are controlled, put to sleep or “mind slided“. 3

Mind Control via Towers and Trails

Another method of control are the Government mind control technologies being directed at us, our neighbours, and our loved ones. Every single day, equipment is being erected and installed worldwide with the hidden purpose of exerting mind control over entire populations.  All over the world, ELF/microwave transmission towers are being erected. The antennae usually look like four slightly curved vertical plates about 2 feet in length and located in either 3 or 4 quadrants around the tower,  two thirds up from the ground. Just look around, they are in plain sight. And we also notice more of them going up once we begin to pay attention.

We are expected to accept that these masts are necessary for mobile phone network operations. Yet consider the amount of them and the close proximity of each to the next, and also to surrounding communities. Further, how little energy is used by mobile phones, and how great the capability of expenditure of energy these towers can generate in comparison. There are thousands of activist groups taking a stand against this and a significant number of masts have been pulled down even just in the UK.

Once such incident was in Wishaw, a village near Sutton Coldfield, when a 74ft mobile mast was pulled down by a protester using a rope and haulage equipment. The mast has been blamed for causing a cluster of cancers in the area with those living in the 18 houses within a 500-yard radius of the mast showing 20 cases of serious illness, including cancers of the breast, prostate, bladder, lung. Many of the people affected are in their thirties and forties. Since the mast was toppled, residents have refused to let the network provider, T-Mobile, replace it. Suggestions were made that it be re-erected further away from the residents but this has been refused by mobile companies who’s stance is simply that they are operating within WHO guidelines.

Similar reports come from Dudley, also in the West Midlands, Crosby in Merseyside and Tiverton in Devon. At least four have also been brought down in Northern Ireland and many more incidents are surfacing though we cannot be sure of just how many due to media blackouts. Then there are the reports by some scientists specifically pinpointing the detrimental effects on the health of those in communities close to these masts and which range from cancers to motor neurone disease. It’s not a coincidence. And it’s not an accident that the frequency band chosen for mobile phone usage just happens to match the second order waves that Wilhelm Reich discovered in the late1940’s to effect thought transmission and allow the mind to be manipulated without the victim realizing it.

Reich worked on this project secretly for the CIA for over 5 years, from 1947-1952,  until he realized who the CIA was planning to use the mind control on the American people. He was outraged that he was deceived and used for such a treasonous motive and swore never to cooperate with the CIA, FDA, etc. again. Reich was covertly murdered in Federal prison in 1957, just a few weeks before he was due to be released, having been in prison for 2 years on a trumped up charge leading to a contempt of court citation. He was reported to have had a ‘heart attack’. He was strong as an ox. He was murdered two weeks before his parole board hearing. His last book, written in prison, was found to be ‘missing’ after his death and never returned to his family.

1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G. G stands for Generation. It has been a sequential unfolding with a very intentional agenda.

A method has been discovered to disable ELF towers from exerting their mind control functions by placing a simple device known as an orgone generator {see below for links}within a radius of 1,300 feet of these towers. These microwave towers are used in conjunction with HAARP based technology to not only affect subliminal mind control influences, but also to control the weather.

The creation of artificially induced drought conditions are also greatly influenced by the population-reduction chemtrail spraying operations which take place daily over the skies worldwide. 4 Chemtrails are so frequent that most don’t even realise or question what they are anymore usually assuming they are just regular aeroplane vapour trails.

The Suffering Millions

These disclosures are just a few more in a long line of operations that have sought to vilify and decay the very fabric of the human spirit, yet they are not new. Related available information on this subject is vast. Research revealing accounts from just some of the many hundreds of books and blogs on this subject are disturbing and shocking to the core. These are accounts written by informed witnesses or victims including the victim and survivor turned author and fully certified EEG Neurotherapist and Director of EEG Spectrum Healing Centre, Susan Ford, aka Brice Taylor. Yet more accounts pour in from across the board and from all walks of life and throughout all government organizations. Figures suggest millions have suffered this fate. This goes really high up the echelon levels and involves those we would least expect but isn’t that always the case. In more recent FOI releases, there is even more data showing up. Additional records report Legal Court Cases have also ruled in favour of certain victims with compensation awards ranging from $1,000,000, to $10,000,000. The disclosures keep coming. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
